Sketches and drawings
These sketches were done as preparation for paintings. Most were done on site in charcoal. On some, color notes were made on the sketch to help back in the studio. Sometimes several sketches were made and just one is shown here. The sketches were completed with charcoal on rough drawing paper. Some of the completed paintings based on these sketches are shown in the gallery. As time permits additional sketches will be uploaded.
